STEM Volunteer Recruitment
Welcome to our STEM volunteer recruitment page! We invite those who are passionate about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields to join our volunteer team and contribute to the growth and development of youth by working together.
The volunteer opportunities we offer include
Event Assistance Volunteers

Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and managing various STEM activities including workshops, competitions and exhibitions.

Requirements: Good organizational and communication skills, able to provide help and guidance during events.

Duration: Preparation and finishing work before and after the event, as well as full participation on the day of the event.
Mentor Volunteers

Responsibilities: provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to teens, answer questions about their STEM studies, and guide them through projects and experiments.

Requirements: a solid background in STEM knowledge, patience, and a passion for education and mentoring.

Time: Fixed weekly hours, based on tutor and student schedules.
Programming Coach Volunteer

Responsibilities: teach youth programming fundamentals and skills and guide them through programming projects and competitions.

Requirements: Familiarity with at least one programming language, programming teaching experience preferred.

Duration: Fixed weekly hours, lasting at least one semester teaching cycle.
Volunteer LaboratoryTechnician

Responsibilities: Assist in the management and maintenance of STEM lab equipment, ensure the safe and orderly operation of the lab, and instruct students in laboratory operations.

Requirements: Familiar with laboratory operation specifications, relevant laboratory management experience is preferred.

Duration: Fixed weekly hours according to the lab opening hours.
Project Planning Volunteers

Responsibilities: assist in the planning and design of new STEM programs and events, write project proposals and event programs.

Requirements: experience in program planning and management, creative and innovative thinking.

Duration: flexible schedule, work primarily based on project needs.
Media and publicity volunteers

Responsibilities: responsible for photographing, documenting and publicizing events and promoting our STEM programs and activities through social media and other channels.

Requirements: experience in photography, writing, or media operations and familiarity with social media platforms.

Duration: work according to event schedule, some work can be done remotely.
