About Us
OSF is a Canadian charitable organization dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on experiential learning in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) programs in a variety of industries. OSF helps youth gain real-world experience and skills in STEM fields by providing a variety of educational resources, internships and professional mentorships, and organizes events and competitions to stimulate innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition, OSF works with schools, universities, and corporations to build a platform that supports and encourages youth to participate in STEM programs, with the goal of cultivating future scientific and technological talent and leaders. These efforts not only enhance the academic level of youth, but also lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
With support from Ontario and Alberta Technology, OSF actively engages youth in immersive STEM learning activities. These programs are designed to build essential skills and increase the self-confidence of youth. By partnering with local technology companies, OSF offers a wide range of enrichment learning programs, including technology workshops, programming classes and robotics competitions and drone competitions. Youths participating in these programs are not only exposed to the latest technological equipment and tools, but also consolidate their theoretical knowledge through hands-on experience. In addition, OSF invites industry experts and professional engineers to provide guidance and lectures to the youth to help them understand the trends and career prospects in STEM fields. These programs not only enhance the youth's skills and confidence, but also inspire their passion for science and technology, encouraging them to continue exploring and pursuing STEM-related careers in the future. In this way, OSF not only provides valuable learning opportunities for youth, but also nurtures a new generation of innovative talent for the science and technology industry.

Our Vision
Creating a future where all young people have an equal opportunity to thrive in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) is a vision we share. By driving innovation and promoting diversity, we are committed to shaping a more inclusive and prosperous society. To achieve this goal, we are committed to removing barriers so that young people from diverse backgrounds have equal access to high-quality STEM educational resources. We offer scholarships, bursaries and free training programs to ensure that STEM learning is accessible to students who are economically disadvantaged. In addition, we pay special attention to the participation of women and minorities in STEM fields, with specific support programs and incentives to encourage them to pursue STEM-related careers.
Through these efforts, we hope to cultivate a group of young people with innovative thinking and problem-solving skills who will be the driving force behind future technological advances and social development. A diverse STEM team will not only bring more perspectives and creativity, but will also be better equipped to address global challenges. We believe that innovation can only truly flourish in an inclusive and diverse environment.
